My little brother is married!!!!!!!

It's so hard to believe that my brother is now a married man!!!! I couldn't be happier for the newlyweds. Jamie is amazing and I am so glad that she is officially my sister-in-law!

So, way back when I asked my doctor about traveling to Montana for the wedding he said no way that I need to stay local. At first I was a little nervous to disobey "orders" and figured we would wait and see what happens. Then when we got a little closer to the date I asked again and he told me "absolutely not" so then I was bummed and told everyone that it didn't look like it was going to happen. I kept thinking about how much it would suck to not be able to go to the wedding and to the lake for that matter. This would have been the first year in like 15 that I haven't gone up there for vacation, and how many times does your only brother get married?! A few weeks before the wedding Jamie sent me their engagement pictures and I cried...




How could I not cry?! Hormones or not!!! All of the pictures were so beautiful, Claire Reitz did an AMAZING job on them.

Then like 2 weeks before their wedding day I heard this song on my iPod (from our own wedding) and I started crying my eyes out.



Aaaaaand a couple days after that (literally 1 week before the wedding date) Ryan and I went to grab some dinner and he said it was going to suck not being at the wedding and I got all sad again. We were like should we just go??? I had been feeling great, so sign of baby being anywhere close to making her arrival so we decided to say screw it and we bought our tickets!!!

To say that I was happy about going was a complete understatement. We definitely surprised a lot of people by showing up (mostly my parents) but I am so glad that we were there! It was nice to get out of the freaking desert and the wedding was amazing!

Jeffrey and Jamie were beautiful! The wedding was awesome and couldn't have been in a better location with a more perfect background. I am so happy for you both and I wish you a lifetime of success, happiness and love! I love you both so much!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Almost there...

35 weeks...We can not wait for her to get here. We keep seeing little girls all over the place and it gets us more and more excited. However, I have a feeling these last few weeks are going to take for EVER! We do have lots to look forward to in the coming weeks though, baby class and baby shower and before we know it she will be here. Doctor says she is doing fabulously and growing like she should be. My last visit I asked him how long after my due date he would let me go and he promised that I would not be pregnant as of September 28th!!!!! Really!?!?!? That is waaaaaaaay too far away. But he also said that he could induce me up to a week early (don't see a need for it though). Hopefully she will just come when she feels she is ready and if she is anything like her mamma she will be prompt in her arrival :) It seems like lately she moves constantly, Ryan says she is ready to come out and play. I have pretty much given up on getting a good night sleep; I wake up several times throughout the night (stupid squished bladder) and no matter what I do I can't get comfortable, my back is killing me and this heartburn is ridiculous! HA--these women who LOVE being pregnant deserve a medal or something!


She's already tossing up the deuces!!! haha





We can't decide who she looks like. I think she has Ryan's nose, my parents say she looks like when I was a baby and I think she has super cute lips. We will just have to wait and see. Can't wait to see you baby Rylee...
